In my work I combine my knowledge of the body, as a physiotherapist and my training in the ancient long-established tradition of Yoga.
The two complement each other because the posture of your body influences your mindset and also the other way around – your mindset influences the posture of your body. The two are really interdependent and cannot be separated.
Through even the most basic art of breathing, which is the foundation of yoga, we can call our mind and find our centre of physical, mental and emotional balance and peace of mind.
